We are seeking a proactive and systems-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations Lead to drive scalable execution across our GTM functions. This role will report to the CEO and will lead efforts in prioritization, visibility, and infrastructure-building across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success.
You’ll operate independently, create clarity amidst ambiguity, and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks — building the foundation that enables our team to move faster, smarter, and more cohesively. Ownership, urgency, and systems building is essential to this role.
What You’ll Do
Execution & Enablement
- Own onboarding, integrations, customer touchpoints, and CRM processes
- Create, manage, and refine key sales & customer success presentations
- Run weekly GTM reporting (sales, marketing, and customer metrics)
- Prepare customer quotes, agreements, and technical onboarding support
Marketing & Brand Ops
- Own social media, trade show logistics, nurture campaigns, and PR launches
- Track performance and ROI of marketing initiatives
- Support inbound and outbound demand generation infrastructure
Operational Systems & Infrastructure
- Build visible, scalable systems that keep cross-functional GTM work on track
- Bring calm and clarity to chaos — ensuring nothing slips
- Design repeatable processes that create leverage and reduce rework

Qualifications
- 5+ years in an operational, revenue, or GTM leadership role (startup preferred)
- Proven track record of building systems, managing ambiguity, and driving results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; direct, precise, and responsive
- Experience with CRM, project management, and reporting tools
- Comfortable using or learning tools like HubSpot, Trello, Looker, SQL, ChatGPT
- Available to work in-office at least 3 days per week in Redwood City, CA
